Im sorry, I know I keep poofing. Things have gone to shit.
Some how my boys got lice or mites,idk its little black bugs its gross and the vet cant see me yet cuz shes gone on VK and no one else around is taking in new patients for what ever fucking reason. So In the mean time im smothering them in olive oil to smother the bugs, then washing them after 5 mins, they seem to enjoy that part.
Jasper is severly under weight, every one was taking his food, and he waspoofed up alll the time so i didnt notice, and I thought he was just abit thinner cuz hes a year and a half old now, so hes getting on in his short life. So now hes seperated from every one and quite confused about it.
I also started a new job and thats taking it out of me so Im almost never on. Im sorry. When things get better Ill be back.

I order my food from flower town chinchillas, but Im not happy with the selection they have. Its only going to be for two females (I have been forbidden from getting any more rats =[) but I would like it to be big enough for 4 because I like to double space. But the female I have now is SO SMALL i have to be very picky with bar spacing. But thanks Ill check up on the other two sites!
My fellow canadian rattie lovers! Where is a good store to buy a nice size cage for 2 girls? I havent ever gotten a cage for girls and I cant seemto find any good quality ones around here (Ottawa). Please help me?

3 of my rats have picked up a new habit of chewing the carpet near the door. They never did this where I used to live, which was also carpeted. We all just moved here April 30. So I think it’s a phase they’re going through, trying to explore a new place….
Maybe… But when I finally squirted her right on the butt she just picked a more sheltered area to chew where she thought i couldn’t reach her. It’s down to 2 rats chewing now, the others decided it it wasn’t worth getting squirted .
Oh, just being butts then! I would start squirting even if they get near it with a firm no. And reward when the listen. The boys used to do this at my old house. They stopped once I started putting them back in the cage when they did it.

Im going to start spraying them with a water bottle, and maybe lay down a floor tile (weighted down with a brick) in the trouble spot. Any other ideas?
Clean the spot as well? Maybe something was spilled there :/
